Connect to the Apple App Store
To publish an app on the Apple App Store, the first step is to create an iOS Developer Account. After that, you need to connect your Apple developer account to AppMachine, which enables AppMachine to upload your app and its assets and submit the app for review with Apple. This connection requires you to provide your Key ID, Issuer ID, and P8 key file to AppMachine.
Once the connection is established, you must link the app you created on your Apple developer account to the app you developed in AppMachine. To do so, create a new app record in the App Store Connect portal and select the app record during the publishing process. This app record is essentially the shell in which your AppMachine app will be nested.
Before publishing your app, you must provide information about your app's privacy practices in App Store Connect. This step is necessary to help users understand your app's data collection practices and whether any data collected is linked to them or used to track them. You must provide information about the privacy practices of any third-party partners whose code you integrate into your app as well.
In addition to privacy details, you must also enter information that will be used to show your app in the Apple App Store. This information can be entered on the AppMachine platform in the publish screen under Edit Store Info.
Once you have completed all of these steps, you can validate your app and publish it to the Apple App Store. Apple will review your app within 1-3 days, and if everything is in order, your app will be made available in the App Store automatically.
